tWE in Ghana

The Walking Egg Medical Centre is an affiliate of the Walking Egg of Belgium which renders affordable In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) services in the world. The method was introduced into the country by the personal effort of the CEO, Nana Yaw Osei, through his NGO, the Association of Childless Couples of Ghana (ACCOG) in May 2013. It was first used at the Pentecost Hospital in Accra which resulted in the successful delivery of babies including one from a forty-nine (49) year old woman. With the establishment of the Walking Egg Medical Centre, the tWE IVF method is no longer delivered by any other hospital, clinic or medical centre in Ghana
